Can I import to the USA under the 25-year rule?
Yes. Vehicles that meet age eligibility can be imported under federal exemption rules. Local state registration requirements still apply.
Do you support Australia and New Zealand imports?
Yes. We provide destination-specific guidance, but final compliance always depends on current local rules and approved pathways.
Pricing and Payment
What is included in FOB pricing?
FOB covers export-side cost through loading at port in Japan. Ocean freight, insurance, and destination charges are not included.
How do I pay for parts?
Used OEM parts are paid by card on Stripe Checkout (part + EMS). We ship from Yamanashi within 3 business days. Vehicles still use a written quote and T/T deposit — not card checkout.

Ro-Ro or container shipping?
We generally recommend Ro-Ro for cost efficiency and container for special protection or multi-unit shipping.

Yes. We provide destination-port estimates as planning guidance and update when route or carrier conditions change.
Documentation
What documents will I receive?
Typical package includes Bill of Lading, export certificate, invoice, and related export paperwork required for import processing.
Do you help with forms like HS-7?
We provide supporting information, but customers or local brokers are responsible for final country-specific filings.
Vehicle Condition
How is condition verified?
Vehicles are checked with practical yard-level inspection context and documented with photos and notes.
Do you provide warranty?
Used export vehicles are sold based on documented current condition. Support is provided for pre-shipping clarification.
Parts
Are these the exact parts in the photos?
Yes. Listings show the unit we ship. Match the OEM part number on the label — model name alone is not enough for JDM parts.
Do you ship parts worldwide?
Yes, from Yamanashi, Japan. Compact modules are listed with EMS shipping. Request the unit on the part page; we email payment details, then ship in 3 business days with tracking.
Are ECUs plug-and-play?
Not guaranteed. Immobilizer relearn, programming, or VIN matching may be required. We sell used OEM replacements, not coded-to-your-car units.
